Hugo began his insurance career in 1985, specializing in Health, Disability, Long-Term Care, not only in insurance but also reinsurance in the USA, Argentina, and other Latin American countries. His concept of Customer Service, professionalism, and respect for the needs of the insured has laid the foundation on which the relationship with his customers is sustained over time.

Since 1998, he has encouraged the sales of personal-line insurances through various insurance companies throughout Latin America.

A former Teacher by profession, he currently coaches local and foreign brokers about the products represented by Americal. His motivation, positive attitude, knowledge, and communication skills have helped many companies and agents obtain high levels of annual sales.

Stefano began his career in the reinsurance area in 1998, carrying out the role of Actuarial Underwriter of Life and Health of an important international reinsurer. During his tenure, he gained experience in the underwriting of reinsurance programs with a high level of professionalism and constant training.

His vast experience in the international reinsurance market has given him the necessary tools for interacting with the leading suppliers of reinsurance worldwide.

In 2003, he joined the Americal Team as Actuarial Director. In addition to consultancy, actuarial, and sales activities, Stefano is responsible for the technical and product coordination within Americal, not only for the office of Buenos Aires but also for the special products marketed in Los Angeles for both the domestic and international markets.

As a result of his outstanding achievements and commitment, today he is a partner of the company.

German was introduced to the insurance industry in 1989. After 5 years of working with brokers of Argentina as Account Executive in a recognized Insurance Company, he developed during 10 years as Deputy Manager of Reinsurance and Specialty Products. He also advised on the underwriting of General Insurances specializing in Major Risks and Special Risks.

His performance in the Market included the implementation of flowcharts and consultancy in the development of information systems and management. Germán obtained a certification in advanced studies of systems and distinguished himself as an instructor in different areas, including underwriting, reinsurance, sales, and use of software tools.

Germán joined the Americal Team in 2004 as Director of Marketing and Operations. Due to his outstanding achievements and his great commitment, today he is a partner of the Company.

Leonardo began in the reinsurance market in 1995 as an assistant in the Department of Contracts in a Reinsurance Brokerage. After 7 years he gained great experience in the contract area becoming Head of the Area.

In 2002 he joined Mapfre Reinsurance Company as underwriter of contracts preforming tasks of risk analysis, quotation, negotiation, and commercial management not only in the local market but also in bordering countries. During his time in this important Reinsurer, he obtained great experience and became Responsible for Underwriting of Personal Lines.

In 2012 he joined Naciòn Reinsurance as Facultative Chief, carrying out the placement of large risks and the organization of the team of collaborators.

Finally in 2015 he joined the Americal Team as Placement Manager carrying out the placement of contracts and facultatives, commercial management, and coordination of the administration area.

He obtained a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).

Sabrina started her career in 2000 in Reinsurance Broking administering various risks during 13 years. She acquired a specialization in the design and follow up of reinsurance programs. In 2014 she was part of the team that started and developed JLT Re in Argentina during 6 years gaining even more experience and acting as Team Leader in Energy, Power & Mining.

She led placements and follow up of big accounts in Argentina and Latin America.

She has joined Americal Reinsurance Solutions in 2020 as Manager, Energy &Special Risks. Sabrina has a Degree in Public Accountant from University of Buenos Aires (UBA).

Javier started in the reinsurance market back in 2001 specifically working in reinsurance broking. After a few years he was promoted to Facultative Account Executive and started to provide consultancy, quotations and placements of risks.

After 13 years in the area he obtained high specialization in facultative risks together with a broad knowledge of local and international markets. During 2019 he joined Americal team as Senior Placement Broker, to serve in facultative accounts placing and assisting in marketing and administration.

He is currently undertaking Insurance Management Degree in the IFTS1 of Buenos Aires.

Sophie stands out for her great attitude and service in her daily support and assistance tasks in Americal. He joined the team in 2018 and is currently responsible for Administration and Accounts.

In 2019 she received a degree in psychology.
